The Maisons du Clair de la Plume are located in Provence, at the foot of the Château de Grignan, one of the most “Beautiful Villages of France”, in 6 different parts of the historic village.
The historic hotel-restaurant Le Clair de la Plume: under the glass roof, the gourmet restaurant (1* Michelin) offers delicate cuisine co-curated by Glenn VIEL***, and 9 19th-century furnished rooms share the upper floors.
Nearby, the Maison Privée, whose monumental staircase leads to 6 suites and timeless rooms.
A stroll through the Mediterranean Garden is a must: plant collection, natural swimming pool and the secret ” Lovers’ Pavilion ” with 1 room.
A few steps away, the hotel **** and the Bistro La Ferme Chapouton house 13 contemporary rooms, a heated swimming pool and rooms for seminars, weddings, cousinades… from 10 to 200 people.

Grignan, France’s most beautiful village in Drôme Provençale
Grignan is a charming, typical Provencal village in the Drôme département, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southeastern France.
It boasts a magnificent Renaissance château, and is mentioned in the letters Madame de Sévigné wrote to her daughter, Madame de Grignan, who lived there in the 17th century. The village and surrounding area are full of treasures to visit and enjoy in all seasons.

Just a few years ago, as lifelong vegetarians we couldn’t get a decent veggie meal out in France. It was a running joke that it would be a goats cheese salad every night of the holiday- if you were lucky! We visited La Clair De Plume’s gastronomic restaurant tonight and it was a breath of fresh air. A set menu of 4 courses of delicious, thoughtfully crafted vegetarian treats which we loved every minute of. We highly recommend this restaurant as a great fine dining option with a beautiful garden seating area to relax in before or after your meal. Friendly staff too :)

⭐ Un endroit très sympathique ! ⭐ Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le cadre : 🏛️ de magnifiques vieilles pierres rénovées avec goût, dans un style provençal authentique 🌿. Le jardin est impeccable et tellement agréable, surtout à l’apéritif 🍷, avec ce vent chaud qui caresse les épaules 🌬️. L’espace intérieur est à la fois spacieux, ouvert et cosy 🛋️, créant une ambiance feutrée propice à la discussion 💬 et à la dégustation 🍽️. Côté service, c’est le top 👌 : une équipe à la fois professionnelle, chaleureuse 🤝 et discrète, dirigée par un maître d’hôtel d'une grande gentillesse 😊. Service rapide ⚡, efficace et souriant 😄. Et la cuisine… un vrai régal 😋 ! Un velouté de petits pois à la menthe très fin 🥣🌱, suivi d’une suggestion du jour à base de cochon 🐖 : viande tendre et petites pommes de terre 🥔 parfaitement cuites… Simple, mais très bien cuisiné 👨🍳. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin ✅. Un moment exquis ✨ qui a magnifiquement clôturé notre journée de visite à Grignan 🏰. Un avis 5 étoiles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pour une équipe 5 étoiles et un lieu exceptionnel ! 👏 Bravo et merci pour l’accueil ❤️
Un moment très agréable ! Le personnel est très accueillant et sait se faire discret quand il le faut, la cuisine est innovante, étonnante et délicieuse. Mention spéciale pour le dessert autour de l’olive et le plat autour du céleri et de la truffe : un régal ! Merci !

Bravo. Belle initiative pour ce grand voyage à la découverte des vins et Vignerons de l'AOC Grignan-Lès-Adhémar. Immanquable si on passe par Grignan et sa région. Nathalie, la responsable de la boutique est fantastique, savante mais sans chichi, et passionnée par ses vins et ses terroirs. À faire... Et à refaire !
Bonjour, nous sommes fans de la Ferme Chapouton depuis très longtemps, c’est toujours un endroit magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. On n’´est jamais déçu.accueil, service, repas parfait . chic et décontracté.l’endroit le plus magnifique de la Drôme.bonne journée.

Plats excellents, merci au chef Service parfait Un grand merci à Sandrine pour ses propositions de vins et sa faculté d adaptation à nos goûts (Givry au top 😀) Restaurant 1 étoile qui en mérite une deuxième Nuit à la ferme un peu plus bas. Petit déjeuner dans une petite pièce atypique avec beaucoup de charme. Sejour parfait, ça donne des idées de cadeaux
Tout y est! Excellence dès le premier contact, avec bienveillance et sans la moindre arrogance pour un établissement de ce standing. On ressent une vraie âme, et on s'y sent bien- sans oublier la nourriture évidemment exceptionnelle, pas une surprise compte-tenu de l'étoile Michelin... Au coeur d'un villge charmant, rempli d'histoire, pas encore submergé par le tourisme...
