OUR PARTNERS

Discover our partners, witnesses of French excellence

Over time, Le Clair de la Plume has forged relationships of trust and creation with craftsmen from all walks of life: breeders, perfumers, biscuit makers, porcelain makers, winegrowers, etc. In love with the product, the beautiful, the good, quite simply. At the cost of a long work that we salute. You will find their products in our shop, and on our menus (depending on the season). Here they are put in situations in the hotel and in the restaurants.

VALS mineral water from Ardèche

A historic water, served at the court of the kings of France, among the oldest exploited springs in France that has made the Ardèche sparkle to the rhythm of its bubbles since 1602. Legend has it that a young fisherman named MARTIN, while he was walking along the river, discovered a peculiar bubbling on one of the banks. Tired, he stopped and drank the water from the spring that was revealed to him, and he was well off. Water from our region, it is to be tasted at the Clair de la Plume.

LES SECRETS DE LOLA biscuitier

Since 1999, this “biscuit creator” couple has been to meet in Entrechaux, in Provence. “Just like at home”, their biscuits are prepared and shaped by hand, with exclusively noble products. An exceptional work of quality, patience and innovative ideas, declined in sweet and savory. For Le Clair de la Plume, they specially make custom-made, hand-marked biscuits. You can taste them at the Clair de Plume Tea Room, or in our shops.

FABRIQUE ARNAUD SOUBEYRAND Artisan confectioner

An artisan confectioner since 1837, this confectionery works with enthusiasm and passion on the path of its ancestors. In the kitchens, copper cauldrons and water baths are, as in the past, still in the spotlight. The cooking, slow and gentle, is respectful of the raw materials used and selected with great care. A museum, in honour of the Nougat de Montélimar, the region’s flagship confectionery, retraces its history in a playful way and allows you to see the production live from the kitchens. You can taste them, in your room or in our shops.

VIGNOLIS oils & olives

To preserve their territory and the authenticity of their products, farmers have built up a collective heritage by organizing themselves into cooperatives to support the work of their members, the remuneration of their producers and their lifestyle choices. In 1994, they obtained the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée for Nyons olives and olive oil, which was transformed into an Appellation d’Origine Protégée in 1997. A noble product of the surrounding terroir, Nyons olive oil & olive are available in a multitude of gustatory nuances at Le Clair de la Plume.
