The recipe

Aix&terra made its Provencal version. The lemon cream is prepared with fresh ingredients: butter, cream, eggs and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

How to use it

Lemon cream is delicious on a croissant, a pancake, a waffle, as a garnish for macaroons, as an accompaniment to cottage cheese or simply with a spoon! Recipe ideas: it can replace whipped cream in cabbage, be placed on shortbread for a snack or even garnish meringue tarts for dessert.


Sugar, lemon juice (32%), eggs, butter (milk), gelling agent: agar-aga. Keep in a cool place after opening.
