The alliance of the Fig PDO Provence (Solliès-Pont) of a remarkable quality and rosemary, aromatic plant of Provence, cooked in a copper cauldron as in the old way: all Provence is united in a jam. A jam that can be savoured savoury or sweet, it will sublimate a piece of beef, a roast pork or decorate a dessert.

How to use it

To be savoured around an exceptional brunch: on foie gras toast, with meat, with a freshly formed cheese or fruit salad. As for desserts, it will be perfect for filling cakes, with fromage blanc or faisselle. Recipe ideas : A slice of foie gras on gingerbread and fig jam.
