The recipe

The Truffle holds a privileged place in the aix&terra range. The Manufacture offers more than a dozen creations made with the winter truffle tuber melanosporum and the summer truffle tuber aestivum, both grown in Provence. Among them, the olive oil Tanche des Barronies (Nyons), elaborated artisanally with black olives and decorated with a Black Truffle tuber melanosporum from Provence.

How to use it

Recipe ideas: sea bass tartar with truffle oil and sage / truffle scramble and shavings, truffle salt and truffle oil.

Composition

Virgin olive oil from France (96.9%), black truffle from Provence (Tuber melanosporum) (1.6%), truffle flavouring (1.5%). Keep away from heat and light.
