The recipe

Fragrant and delicious, consumed for centuries, the morel is one of the most appreciated mushrooms in gastronomy. A spring mushroom, the morel appears at the time of melting ice cream, when temperatures are at their mildest. To celebrate this mushroom, aix&terra has imagined a recipe with the aromas of Provence!

The morel is mixed with cream, which brings an unctuousness, linked to a Côte de Provence, which in turn enhances the preparation thanks to its sifted notes.

How to use it

In sauce for Drôme ravioli or pasta, with tender tournedos ... Imagine this cream in sauce to accompany your poultry supreme!


Extra morels (20 % ), shallots, sunflower oil, organic dry white wine AOC Côtes de Provence (7 %), liquid cream (milk), morel juice, salt, pepper. Keep refrigerated after opening.
